The company independently evaluates each submission against its investment focus, project conditions, risk profile and applicable laws and regulations.公司將依據投資方向、項目條件、風險特徵及適用法律法規，對收到的項目進行獨立評估。
Submitting a project does not constitute an investment commitment. Any cooperation is subject to formal due diligence, investment decisions and executed legal documents.項目提交不構成投資承諾，具體合作以正式盡職調查、投資決策及簽署的法律文件為準。
